Meal 1: Butternut Squash Bisque, Semolina Spelt Loaves, Spinach Salad
· Heat soup.
· Warm bread in oven.
· Dress the salad.
Meal 2: Coconut Milk Curry with Spinach, Dal Makani, Kidgeree
· Heat two curries in sauce pans.
· Heat some oil in a sauté pan and fry the kidgeree, or warm in a microwave.
