Pot Pie and Three Sisters Soup

Meal 1: Vegetable Pot Pie with Crumble Topping and Cucumber-Beet Salad

· Warm the pot pie filling in the microwave briefly then transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes depending on share size and dish size. When hot add the crumble topping and bake 5 minutes more. Serve.

· Serve the beet/cucumber salad chilled.

Meal 2: Three Sisters Soup, Summercrisp Lettuce Salad, Flax-Spelt Batard

· Heat the soup on the stovetop.

· Warm the bread.

· Dress the salad.
