Falafel Croquettes and Patate e Fagioli



Falafel Croquettes, Israeli Couscous, Glazed Carrots

 

· Transfer the falafel patties to a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Lovely topped with yogurt or sour cream.

· Add the carrots and their spiced butter to a sauté pan heat gradually over medium. The butter will melt and the carrots will begin to sizzle. Toss. Lid briefly and maintain a medium flame. Allow the carrots to heat through and begin to brown lightly. Serve when hot through.

·  Reheat and oil the pan. When hot add the couscous. Sauté. Allow to heat through and become fragrant. Serve when hot.


Patate e Fagioli, Snug Haven Escarole Salad, Sesame-Semolina Loaves

 

· Heat the soup and simmer 2-3 minutes.

· Warm the bread.

·  Dress the salad.
