Linguini Bolognese and Cream of Broccoli Soup

Linguini Bolognese ( or w. Eggplant) & White Beans w. Sauteed Lacinato Kale


  • Use the video to finish the pasta: Microwave the noodles to get the chill out. Simmer the sauce in a pan. Add the noodles and fold and roll them to combine. Heat through2-3 minutes to marry the two and tighten the sauce. Garnish with some shaved hard cheese.

  • Heat a little oil in a sauté pan over medium high. When hot but not smoking add the kale. Toss. Season with a little salt. Add a dash or two of olive oil. Toss. Add the beans and their sofrito and allow all to combine. Simmer 1 minute, serve.


Cream of Broccoli Soup, Spelt & Flax Sourdough Batard, Escarole Salad


  • Heat the soup gently to a simmer. Check the salt, and serve.

  • Warm the bread. Serve with soft butter...yum!

  • Dress the Salad.
