Potato Dal w. Spinach, Curried Napa in Coconut Milk, and Kidgeree
Remove the spinach from atop the dal best you can. Imperfect is fine. Heat the dal in a saucepan allowing to simmer gently 2 minutes. Add the spinach, stir and serve.
Heat the cabbage curry gently to a simmer and serve.
Heat a little butter in a sauté pan. When hot add the kidgeree ( rice/lentil mix). Stir and fry allowing the rice mix to brown lightly and become fragrant. Add more butter if needed. Serve under the curries.

Dress the salad.
