Chicken Pot Pie and Two Curries

Crumble Top Chicken or Baby Lima Bean Pot Pie and Mixed Greens Salad

  • Microwave the pot pie filling to get the chill out , then pour into a baking dish bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes depending on share size. When hot, add the crumble topping and return to the over for 5 minutes more. Serve.

  • Dress the salad and serve.

Curried Green Lentils, Pumpkin and Collards in Red Curry, Kidgeree

  • Warm the curries separately on the stove top.

  • Heat a little butter and oil in a sauté pan. When hot, add the kidgeree ( rice and lentil mix). Sauté over high until fragrant and hot, and the rice browns a little.
