Meal 1: Broccoli Stromboli, Beets with Orange, Chive, and Chevre, Cannellini Beans w. Creamy Leeks
· Warm the stromboli at 350° for 7-10 minutes.
· Crumble the chevre over the beets and serve.
· Heat the beans in a microwave or sauce pan. gently fold together and serve.
Meal 2: Wild Rice Soup w. Wild Mushrooms, Kale-Parmesan Salad, Millet-Flax Loaf
· Heat the soup gently and serve when it comes to a simmer.
· Warm the bread.
· Either add salt and serve the kale salad raw or sauté it in a little butter or olive oil until brightened and wilted.
