Two Curries and Minestrone con Zucca



Minestrone con Zucca, Sesame-Spelt Batard, Escarole Salad


  • Heat the soup to a gentle simmer and simmer 2-3 minutes so the noodles and pumpkin chunks heat through, but the spinach does not overcook.

  • Dress the salad.

  • Warm the bread.


Sag Aloo, Channa Dal and Tricolor Rice

  • Heat the curries gently on the stovetop or microwave.

  • Heat a little oil in a sauté pan. When hot add the rice. Toss. Allow to get hot and brown a little on the bottom of the pan. Toss again, dress with a little butter or extra oil.

  • Serve the rice and top with each curry.
