Tomato Soup and Falafel
Meal 1: Tomato Bisque, Cheddar Bread, Snug Haven Spinach Salad
· Heat the soup
· Warm the bread whole or slice into thick slabs, toast, and dip into the soup.
· Dress the Salad.
Meal 2: Falafel Croquettes, Kohlrabi Tatziki, Israeli Couscous
· Heat the croquettes on a cookie sheet at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until hot.
· Season the tatziki with a little salt, stir and serve atop the falafel.
· Heat a little oil in a saute pan. When hot add the couscous and toss. Allow to heat through and serve.
