Spring Green Pizza and Pasta e Ceci Primavera



Spring Green Pizza and Baby Kale and Arugula with Dry Roasted Chick Peas and Mozzarella Marinated in Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette


  • Unwrap the pizzas and arrange the cheese evenly over the top. Bake on a cookie sheet at 450 for about 12 minutes or until the cheese just begins to brown.

  • Toss the kale and arugula with the roasted chick peas and the marinated mozzarella balls. dress with a little additional olive oil, salt, and pepper as desired.


Pasta e Ceci Primavera, Baby Bibb Lettuce Salad, Seeded Batard


  • Heat the soup to just a simmer to heat through and serve.

  • Dress the salad.

  • Warm the bread.
