Lima Bean Florentine and Miso Hot Pot

Meal 1: Baby Lima Bean Florentine, Mixed Greens Salad, Whole Wheat-Flax Batard

· Warm the stew gently allowing the pork and the beans to heat through, but don't overcook the spinach.

· Dress the salad.

· Warm the bread.

Meal 2: Miso Hot Pot with Shredded Choi and Soba Noodles & Baked Tofu Salad

· Warm the soup gently. Allow it to simmer but DO NOT BOIL!

· Arrange the noodles and vegetables in bowls. Wet the noodles with a little broth to make them easier to serve. Ladle the hot soup over them and allow to steep a few minutes and enjoy.

· Toss the tofu salad with its dressing ( just shake the jar) and serve.
