Meal 1: Heirloom Tomato Pizza, Beets with Fennel, and Butterhead Lettuce Salad
· Heat the pizza at 400° on a baking sheet. Allow the cheese to just begin browning and serve.
· Serve the beets chilled.
· Dress the salad.
Meal 2: Bangain Bartha, Zucchini and Sweet Corn in Coconut Milk, Spiced Basmati Rice
· Heat the curries gently.
· Heat a little butter or oil in a sauté pan. When hot add the rice. Stir, allowing to heat through and maybe crisp a little. Serve under the curries.
