Meal 1: Split Pea Soup, Semolina Loaves, Romaine Salad
Warm the soup. Thin with a little water if necessary. Allow to simmer. Adjust the seasoning and serve.
Warm the bread.
Dress the salad.
Meal 2: Dal Makhani, Potatoes w. Fresh Turmeric and Yellow Dal, Rice Pilaf
Heat the curries separately and gently. A microwave is fine as are sauce pans. The yellow dal w. potatoes may require a dash or two of water.
Heat a little butter or oil in a sauté pan. When hot add the rice. Sauté and allow to heat through and maybe even brown a little. Serve under the curries.
