Pot Pie and Garlic Scape Pizza


Meal 1: Chicken or Vegetable Crumble Top Pot Pie, Escarole and Frissee Salad

· Warm the pot pie filling briefly in the microwave to get the chill out. Transfer to a baking dish. Bake at 325 for about 15-25 minutes depending on share size or until hot. Add the crumble topping and bake 5 minutes more. Serve.

· Dress the salad.


Meal 2: Garlic Scape Pesto Flatbread Pizza, Barley & Sweet Corn Salad Salad, Lacinato Kale Salad


· Bake the pizzas at 425 for about 10 minutes on a cookie sheet to melt and lightly brown the cheese.

· Serve the barley salad at room temp.

· Season the kale salad with salt, toss or massage it in and serve.
