
Meal 1: Roasted Heirloom Tomato Pizza, Sweet Corn and Barley Salad, Cucumber and Fennel Salad
· Unwrap the pizza and spread out the shredded cheese. Heat on a cookie sheet at 450° for about 10-12 minutes to melt and lightly brown the cheese.
· Remove the tomato from the barley salad. Dice. Fold the salad ingredients together and serve.
· Toss the cucumber salad and serve chilled. Add salt and pepper if desired.
Meal 2: Three Sisters Soup, Summercrisp Salad, Seeded Flax Boule
· Heat the soup.
· Warm the bread gently.
· Dress the salad.
