
Meal 1: Three Sisters Soup, Semolina-Spelt Batard, Summercrisp Salad
· Warm the soup gently or serve chilled.
· Warm the bread.
· Dress the salad.
Meal 2: Grilled Zucchini Stew and Brown Basmati w. Grape Leaves and Spiced Beef or Pumpkin Seeds
· Heat the stew and bring to just a simmer.
· Heat a little olive oil in a sauté pan. When hot , but not smoking, add the rice. Stir and fry to heat through, brown lightly and become fragrant. using a lid will speed the process. Serve beside the stew.
