Fire Roasted Eggplant Curry and French Cabbage Stew



Meal 1: French Cabbage Stew w. Semolina-Sesame Batard, Blue Moon Salad


· Heat the stew gently. Allow to simmer 1 minute.

· Warm the bread.

· Dress the salad.


Meal 2: Bangain Barta, Kidgeree, Curried Cucumber Pickle


· Heat the bangain barta ( roasted eggplant and tomato curry) gently. Allow to simmer 1 minute and serve.

· Heat a little butter or oil in a sauté pan. When hot, add the kidgeree and cook allowing it to brown a little before stirring. Stir, toss, check the seasoning and serve under the curry.

· Serve the cucumbers chilled, on the side.
