
Reggae Country Style Potato Cakes, Black Beans, Savoy Cabbage Slaw w. Grapefruit Vinaigrette
Transfer the potato cakes to a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for about 15 minutes.
Heat the beans.
Season the slaw with a little salt, toss well. Add the dressing and toss again to combine. Serve.
Carrot Pasta e Cici, Seeded Batard, Escarole Salad
Heat the soup to a simmer. Stir. Serve.
Warm the bread and serve with olive oil.
Tear up the larger salad leaves, dress the salad and serve.
